Principle Park, Manor Royal, Crawley

Amicus undertook this project for KKB which involved a new road connecting Manor Royal with the A2011 dual carriageway.

At Manor Royal new traffic signals were installed along with junction improvements. The road had a number of spurs for future developments. Works included adopted foul and surface water drainage, gas and water services, street lighting, ducts and full road and footway construction.

The works were delivered during the very wet winter of 2013/14 which created significant difficulties for the site team. The project was handed over with zero defects which was a great credit to the site team after the wet winter and a set deadline.

We have since undertaken a few more projects for KKB and maintain a close relationship with them.
